Therefore, please carefully review the following items and proceed with activating your product warranty card, and familiarize yourself with the after‑sales service conditions:
1. Warranty Card Activation
Immediately after purchase, please send the barcode attached to the product label to 200007077.
Note: If the barcode is missing or unreadable, please notify the seller.
2. Applicable Standards
In line with the company’s commitment to compliance with laws and standards, the following conditions are based on the National Standard for Textile Floor Coverings (Machine‑Made Carpets), Nos. 10753 and 1360.
3. Warranty Replacement (Exchange Service)
Under this service, Mashhad Carpet Company, in accordance with the table below and after inspection and approval by company experts, undertakes to replace the customer’s carpet.
Cases covered by replacement (subject to expert approval):

4. Warranty Repair Service
Under this service, after expert confirmation of a defect, the customer’s carpet will be sent to the factory for repair and then returned.
Cases covered under the warranty:

5. Expert Evaluation
The opinion of the company’s experts shall be the sole criterion for determining the type of defect. If the defect is not due to manufacturing, it will not be covered by warranty or replacement services.
These services apply only to Grade 1 carpets.
6. Exclusions from Warranty and Replacement
Some factors that void the warranty and replacement services include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Defects caused by improper use by the consumer, including any damage or deterioration resulting from acidic or alkaline substances such as syrups, vinegar, soft drinks, pickles, etc.
- Any defect caused by improper home washing or washing at non‑authorized carpet cleaning centers, including damage from drying machines or the use of strong and unauthorized detergents such as bleaches, whitening agents, enzyme powders, chlorine, sodium hypochlorite, or dark‑color cleaners, which may cause discoloration and fiber damage.
- Negligence in carpet maintenance leading to partial or complete damage, such as mold growth and rot.
- Color fading caused by placing the carpet under direct sunlight or using prohibited detergents for washing.
- While the company strongly recommends washing carpets at authorized carpet cleaning centers, it assumes no responsibility for issues arising from improper or non‑standard washing.
